Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control: labor market conditions, employer decisions, your network, timing, and factors we cannot assess. CoachOwens Academy makes no representations that completing the program will result in employment, promotion, or any specific economic outcome.
Our commitment is to provide you with a rigorous, structured process for surfacing and deploying your real professional identity. What you do with that is yours.
The quality of everything CoachOwens Academy produces — your identity synthesis, gap analysis, artifact plan, and all derivative outputs — depends on the honesty and accuracy of what you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that your keyword responses, work history, credentials, and evidence submissions are truthful and accurate.
Submitting false credentials, fabricated outcomes, or misrepresented work history will produce misleading outputs. We are not liable for consequences that arise from inaccurate inputs.
Desks 04–07 produce AI-assisted outputs including resume drafts, LinkedIn rewrites, bio templates, artifact plans, and deployment recommendations. These outputs are starting points that require your review, editing, and approval before use.
Do not submit AI-generated resume content, cover letters, or LinkedIn rewrites to employers without reading and verifying them yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any document you publish or submit.

Access to CoachOwens Academy is provided upon receipt of payment through our third-party payment provider (Square). Package pricing is displayed at enrollment. By completing payment you agree to the terms described at that time.
These terms will be reviewed by legal counsel before CoachOwens Academy opens to the general public. The above placeholder reflects our intent, not a finalized legal position.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. If material changes are made, we will notify enrolled clients by email. Continued use of the academy after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
