You share your career identity and professional history with us. We use it to help you build a deployment-ready identity system. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time.
When you complete the keyword exercises in Desk 01, you provide responses across three categories — Interpersonal, Leadership/Management, and Industry. These responses are the foundation of your identity-object-v2 and are stored to persist your progression through the desk chain.
In Desk 02, you submit professional history, quantified outcomes, credentials, and supporting documentation. This may include job titles, employer names, dates, performance figures, and references. This information is used solely to produce your evidence record and inform the gap analysis in Desk 03.
If you upload or link a resume or LinkedIn profile during onboarding or the desk progression, that content is processed to support your artifact plan. It is not stored beyond what is needed for your active engagement.
We collect your name, email address, and package selection at sign-up. Session data (login timestamps, desk completion states) is stored to support your progression through the academy.
CoachOwens Academy uses AI-assisted systems to process your identity inputs, generate keyword synthesis, analyze gaps, and produce artifact recommendations. Your data is used to generate your outputs — it is not used to train AI models beyond your session.
AI-generated outputs (resume drafts, LinkedIn rewrites, artifact plans) are recommendations that require your review before use. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy before submitting them to employers or publishing them publicly.
Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider (Square). CoachOwens Academy does not store your credit card number, bank account details, or any full payment credentials. Your payment is processed directly through Square's secure infrastructure. Please review Square's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.
Your data is stored on secured infrastructure (Digital Ocean) and retained for the duration of your active engagement with CoachOwens Academy. If you do not complete the academy or become inactive for more than 12 months, your data may be archived or deleted.
Exported JSON files (identity-object-v2, gap-analysis-v1, artifact-plan-v2, etc.) are generated on demand and delivered to you. We do not retain exported files on our servers beyond the generation request.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and identity records at any time. To submit a deletion request, contact us using the information below. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Note that deletion of your identity data will remove your progression through the desk chain and cannot be reversed.
